International Shipping
XL Feet has partnered with Global Access to provide international shipping to more than 175 countries. Global Access is a revolutionary global e-commerce company that allows us to display prices in your currency and utilize a fast, reliable shipping network. When you place an international order, your transaction will be processed through Global Access, and XL Feet is available to assist you with any customer service inquiries.
What is Global Access?
Global Access is a global e-commerce solution that allows us to present our international shoppers with a localized experience on www.xlfeet.com. Global Access provides several features that make it easy for us to sell our products to international customers, including:
- International shipping: Global Access partners with a network of shipping carriers to offer affordable and reliable shipping to over 175 countries and territories.
- Customs clearance: Global Access handles all customs clearance on our behalf, so our customers don't have to worry about any hidden fees or delays.
- Local currency pricing: Global Access automatically converts our prices into the local currency for each customer, so they can see exactly how much they're paying.
How To Place An Order
From the homepage, if you are using a desktop device, click on the country displayed in the upper right corner of the page and select your shipping destination and currency. Once you've chosen your shipping country and currency, product prices will be shown in your selected currency. If your country is not listed, we currently do not ship to that destination.
For most countries, you will see a guaranteed order total that includes shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes, which will be paid at checkout. Some countries only offer the option to pay duties and taxes upon delivery. After placing an order, you will receive email notifications when your order is received, approved, and shipped.
If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please use the regular checkout process and select the United States as your shipping country.
Shipping Timeline
Once your transaction is complete, XL Feet will ship your item to the Global Access shipping hub in the United States. Global Access will then handle the international shipment to your final destination. Please note that shipping estimates are approximate, and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.
What Currencies Are Supported?
Currently, Global Access supports billing in more than 60 currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. To check if Global Access accepts your desired currency, please visit www.xlfeet.com and navigate to the "Shipping to" section.
How to Check the Status of Your Order
To check the status of your international order, please check the tracking link in your order shipped email. You will be able to track your order through the entire process.
Payment Methods
Global Access supports various payment methods that may vary depending on your destination. The available payment options will be presented during checkout. You will be charged at the time your order is shipped, and your credit card statement will display "GA*XL Feet."
Duties and Taxes
In general, duties and taxes are determined based on the type of product being shipped, its value, country of origin or manufacturing, and the classification of the item. At checkout, you may be presented with options to either prepay duties and taxes or to pay duties and taxes on delivery.
If you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you'll be billed by Global Access, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.
If you choose to pay duties, taxes, and fees at delivery, payment of these fees is made to the shipping carrier when the order is delivered. If the total charge is not paid at delivery, the merchandise will be returned to XL Feet, and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
