International Orders – Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — XLfeet ships internationally using Shopify’s secure global checkout.

Customers outside the United States can place orders directly on our website, with pricing and shipping options displayed at checkout.

Will I see prices in my local currency?

In many cases, yes. Depending on your location, prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. Final charges will be processed in USD unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Are duties and taxes included?

Duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by your country’s customs authority.

  • These charges may be collected at checkout or upon delivery
  • XLfeet does not control or set these fees

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

How long does international shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier, but most international orders arrive within:

  • 7–14 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

What carriers do you use?

We work with trusted international carriers such as:

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Postal partners (depending on region)

Carrier selection is automatically determined at checkout based on your location.

Can I return or exchange an international order?

Yes — international customers may return items in accordance with our return policy.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original duties and taxes are non-refundable

Why was my order charged in USD?

XLfeet is a U.S.-based company. While we may display local currency estimates, transactions are processed in USD unless your checkout shows otherwise.
